Knee drop against a double team

What it is
Drop the inside knee to create a pile at the point of attack and deny vertical displacement.
Why it matters
A last-resort technique to stop being driven off the ball. Creates a mess the back must run around, but takes the defender out of the play as a tackler. Coached as better than being displaced, worse than anchoring.
Also called
Programs call this drop anchor or knee down. The Coach answers to any of them.
