Squeeze and spill (wrong-arm)

DefenseTechniqueDEOLBEDGEDT

What it is

Close the running lane inside, then take on the kickout block with the inside shoulder/arm to force the ball outside to a free defender.

Why it matters

The defender squeezes down to compress the interior gap, then attacks the kickout blocker with the wrong arm - inside arm - turning the ball carrier outside where a scrape defender or force player is waiting. Requires a designated spill-and-force pairing: if the defender spills and nobody is outside to force, the spill creates the explosive run it was meant to prevent.
